Delete your account

You can delete your Milanzo account and data at any time, from the app or by email. This page applies to the Milanzo website and the Milanzo Android app.

1. Delete it yourself (fastest)

Open Milanzo and sign in (milanzo.app/login).
Go to Profile, scroll down and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Only want a break? Pause my profile on the same screen hides you from everyone without deleting anything.

2. Ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in, email corevizen@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days (at most 15).

3. What is deleted

Permanently and straight away:

your profile, photos, interests, answers and preferences;
your likes, passes, super likes, matches and messages;
your location points, crossings, date plans and verification requests;
your notification settings and your sign-in account.

4. What we keep, and for how long

A minimal sign-up record for 180 days: your email address (or mobile number), sign-up date and deletion date, as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. It is used only to answer lawful requests from authorities, then deleted automatically.
Reports: if you reported someone, or someone reported you, the report and the related chat may be kept for our safety team to review, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payment records (once Premium is available): kept as tax law requires.
