Terms of Use
Effective 5 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-05
These terms are the agreement between you and CoreVizen Private Limited for using Milanzo. By creating an account, you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Community Guidelines.
1. Who can use Milanzo
To use Milanzo, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- be legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law;
- not have been banned from Milanzo before;
- not have been convicted of, or be required to register for, any sexual offence or violent crime;
- use Milanzo for yourself only. One person, one account.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information about yourself, including your real age, and keep it up to date.
- Use photos that are of you and that you have the right to share.
- Keep access to your email (or phone) secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Never share your sign-in code: our team will never ask for it.
- You may delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete my account.
3. How Milanzo works
We suggest people based on your preferences and a compatibility score calculated from the information you and others provide. You can message someone only after you have both liked each other. The compatibility score is an estimate to help you start conversations. It is not a promise that you will get along.
Photos are reviewed before other users can see them, and profiles may be reviewed after they go live. We may hide, edit (for example, remove a photo) or refuse content that breaks these terms or our Community Guidelines.
4. Your content
You own the photos, text and messages you post ("your content"). You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, resize and review your content only to operate, improve and keep Milanzo safe. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept as safety records described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your content and promise that it does not break any law or anyone's rights.
5. What you must not do
In short, follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, you must not:
- harass, threaten, stalk, bully or intimidate anyone;
- ask anyone for money, UPI payments, gifts, investments, loans, OTPs or bank details, or run any scam;
- post nudity, sexual content, or any intimate images of someone else without their consent;
- pretend to be someone else, or create fake or duplicate accounts;
- use Milanzo for commercial purposes, advertising, escort or sex work, or recruitment;
- share content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence, self-harm or illegal activity;
- post anything harmful to children, or involve anyone under 18 in any way;
- scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, overload or try to break into Milanzo, or use bots or automation;
- share other users' personal information or screenshots of their profiles or chats outside Milanzo without their consent.
We do not allow content prohibited by Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
6. Safety
We work hard to keep Milanzo safe, but we do not run criminal background checks and cannot guarantee that every user is who they say they are. You are responsible for your interactions with other users, online and offline. Please read our safety tips in the Community Guidelines, meet in public places, and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. In an emergency, call 112.
7. Moderation, suspension and termination
- We may review, hide or remove content, and suspend or ban accounts, if we reasonably believe the terms or guidelines were broken, to protect other users, or where the law requires it.
- If your profile is suspended, we'll show you the reason and, where possible, let you fix it and resubmit for review.
- Serious violations such as scams, threats, sharing intimate images without consent, or involving minors lead to a permanent ban and may be reported to the police.
- If you think we made a mistake, contact our Grievance Officer.
8. Super likes and paid features
- Super likes let you stand out to someone, with an optional message. Every member gets 3 a day and premium members get 10 a day. They reset at midnight India time, don't carry over, and have no cash value. You can super like the same person at most once a day, until you match.
- Super like messages must follow our Community Guidelines, like any other message. Using them to harass, spam or ask for money can lead to a ban.
- Premium and any other paid features will show the price (including GST), what you get, how long it lasts and how renewal and cancellation work, before you pay. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Our role and limits of liability
Milanzo is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide a platform for users to meet and are not responsible for what users say or do, on or off the platform. The service is provided "as is", and we do not promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that you will find a match.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of any user. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Milanzo changes. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app and may ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
