Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective 5 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-05
Milanzo is free to use. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid features such as Premium. It is published under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and forms part of our Terms of Use.
1. Before you pay
Before any purchase, we show you clearly:
- the price in Indian Rupees, including GST;
- what you get (for example, 10 super likes a day with Premium) and for how long;
- whether it renews automatically, and how often you will be charged.
We never add hidden charges, pre-tick a paid option for you, or make cancelling harder than signing up.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time, and renewal stops straight away.
- Bought on the website (Razorpay): cancel from your Profile in Milanzo, or email us. For automatic renewals, you'll get a reminder at least 24 hours before each charge, and you can also cancel the mandate from your bank or UPI app.
- Bought in the Android app (Google Play): cancel in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- After you cancel, you keep your premium benefits until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't charge cancellation fees.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription by itself. Cancel it in Google Play as well.
3. When you can get a refund
We will refund you in full if:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- you were charged but the feature was never activated on your account;
- you were charged for a renewal after you had already cancelled;
- a technical problem on our side stopped the feature working for a significant part of the period you paid for, and we couldn't fix it.
Otherwise, because premium benefits start the moment you pay, payments for a period that has already started are generally not refundable. This does not affect any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
4. When refunds are not given
- For part of a period you have already used, after you cancel.
- If you simply didn't get matches. We can't promise that you'll find a match.
- If your account was suspended or banned for breaking our Terms or Community Guidelines.
- For free allowances such as the daily super likes, which have no cash value and don't carry over.
5. How to ask for a refund
- Website purchases: email corevizen@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 48 hours.
- Google Play purchases: Google handles these refunds. Request one from your Google Play order history; Google usually allows this within 48 hours of the purchase. After that, email us and we'll help where we can.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take a little longer to show it.
6. Complaints
If you're not happy with how we handled a payment, contact our Grievance Officer, Surendra Aderu, at saathi.milanzo@gmail.com. See Grievance Redressal for response times. You can also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the consumer commission.
